The Tastiest Talk Show in America!©" for almost 6 years. Chef Amber co-hosted What's Cooking!, first in Oklahoma City for nearly 5 years and then in Kansas City for a year, penned a cooking column for Oklahoma Woman Magazine and had her own weekly cooking segment on the ABC Affiliate: KQ-2 for 2 years and still makes appearances on KQ-2 from from time to time.  Visit her Blog at:

     Chef Amber owned and operated a specialty bakery with customers in all 50 States and was Executive Chef at the historic Barnard House 1877 Restaurant. She was also an edible oils specialist for the largest privately held food manufacturer in the World; conducting oil trainings for broad line distributors from coast to coast. She also teaches cooking classes for adults and children. Chef Amber is also a Personal Chef.

     Chef Amber published her first cookbook in 2006 and it is titled "A Passion For Food!©". It will soon be going into it's 3rd printing. Her 2nd cookbook is titled "Midwestern Soul Food©". 

She is a 4th generation culinarian, following in the footsteps of her Mother, Grand Father and Great-Grand Father. Chef Amber is a military "brat", born on an American Air Base in Japan..... she is also a Veteran having enlisted and left for Basic Training just 6 days after graduating high school.

     Chef Amber is a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts, a proud member of the American Legion. She serves hospitalized Veterans and Veterans in nursing homes with morale visits.

Chef Amber  has 3 additional cookbooks in progress and has written 4 children's books. They will be available after they are illustrated.
