Chef Amber owned and operated a specialty bakery with
customers in all 50 States and was Executive Chef at the historic
Barnard House 1877 Restaurant. She was also an edible oils specialist
for the largest privately held food manufacturer in the World;
conducting oil trainings for broad line distributors from coast to
coast. She also teaches cooking classes for adults and children. Chef Amber is also a Personal Chef.
is a 4th generation culinarian, following in the footsteps of her
Mother, Grand Father and Great-Grand Father. Chef Amber is a military
"brat", born on an American Air Base in Japan..... she is also a Veteran having enlisted and left for Basic Training just 6 days after graduating
Chef Amber is a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts, a proud member of the
American Legion. She serves hospitalized Veterans and Veterans in nursing homes with morale visits.
Chef Amber has 3 additional cookbooks in progress and has written 4 children's
books. They will be available after they are illustrated.
